Josh brings over 15 years of engineering leadership experience, from scaling startups to transforming enterprise teams.
Having led teams through every stage of growth—from 2-person startups to 100+ engineer organizations—Josh understands the unique challenges that come with scaling both technology and people.
His experience spans Technical Director, Head of QA, Head of Delivery, Head of Engineering roles at high-growth companies, where he's navigated complex technical migrations, built engineering cultures from scratch, and guided teams through rapid scaling phases.
